Triple Check
Before anything is signed, we review access, drainage, permit requirements, zoning, equipment, and all site challenges a second time. The goal is to identify and resolve every issue before the contract, not after excavation begins.
Contract & Scheduling
We finalize the design, sign the contract, and make sure your permit applications have been sent into the city. Permit approval in Ottawa typically takes 2 to 6 weeks. We schedule your installation date and do not begin until all required permits are approved.
Pre-Installation Review
We physically mark where the pool will sit on your property, confirm materials are ready, and review site access and staging. You walk the site with us and confirm the layout before any equipment arrives.
Installation
